He's the refuge of Love, the Most High
This song is an exuberant celebration of the protective Love of the Father. There is so much more to life than what we can simply see and feel and the nature of our Lord as refuge comes through time and again. References to Psalm 91:4 reflect His tenderness, as He keeps us as a bird keeps its young under its wings. In Him, we have no fear, as, though ten thousand may fall at our right hand, no harm will come near.
I Don't Have the Power
I Don't Have the Power is a humble admission of reaching the end of one's own strength and having to start the journey again from one's knees. Though we place so much faith in our own strength, we eventually find that we are stumbling around without the one true source of Power that is already there for the asking.
